Over the years I have been searching for family-friendly Star Trek jokes (by which I mean those you would feel comfortable in telling your four-year-old AND your grandmother). I have collected many from the internet, from books, and from the final frontier. I have gathered them here in one place and provide links to them

Starfleet Academy

Fictionally, the Academy is the training ground for Starfleet cadets, where the next generation of officers develop their skills and knowledge. In the real world (you know, the "big blue room with the white puffy things on the ceiling"), SFA is also the training grounds for the Starfleet International's brightest and most productive officers. Relay Station William Shakespeare

This Relay Station is attached to USS Atlantis in Region 10. In operation for over a year now, this Relay Station has given birth to a Wordpress blog, while its Commanding Officer has written a second 50,000-word Star Trek novel, created 68 SFA short courses on subjects as diverse as communication, genealogy, humour, xeno studies, the English language, and United Kingdom trivia, and beta tested several more.

USS Wessex

Although my primary membership is on the Relay Station attached to the USS Atlantis, I also serve as Web Development Officer on the USS Wessex. Created especially for me, this position will concentrate on the usswessex.org website (which I have designed and created): maintaining it regularly, checking that there are no broken links or missing images, and updating it as necessary. The USS Wessex itself is a correspondence chapter of Starfleet, the International Fan Association, Inc. (SFI)
